We had a great experience at this place and would definitely recommend it to others, especially because of the attentive and professional staff who made us feel welcome and provided excellent service.

The hotel is very well located between the train station and the city centre. Check-in/-out from/to 12:00 o'clock is a great benefit.

The room was reasonably large and had convenient amenities like a safe box, multi-channel TV, and a mini bar fridge. the hotel's location was marvellous; it's just a short walk from the train station. - the main shopping center and a popular shopping street are in close proximity to the hotel.

The room was a nice size, I had very very good experience.

The staff was very professional from my arrival up until I left. The location was comfy for traveling around Bologna, adjacent to tourist highlights, rail station and Very close to train station. A few times I ate at Il Veliero, located at a short distance from the hotel.

Lift, parking garage (fee required), safe

bad breakfast. Beds too hard. Blankets too thin. Air conditioning and heating did not work. Loud.

The breakfast here was delicious and reasonably priced with excellent food.

The bathroom was freshly tiled and the room was freshly painted. The shower was clean, there was always water and the room itself was nice and warm. The staff had been very nice and courteous.

There was a balcony in my room. The exit was equipped with shutters, which could not be opened and the balcony could not be entered. So the room remained quite dark

Smell of cigarettes even if we took a room for non-smokers. Was difficult to sleep then - I would not recommend that hotel.

This place has friendly and experienced staff that provide welcoming service in a fairly clean environment.

Nothing there service is very very POOR.

We have stayed for 1 night. Clean room, good variety of food on breakfast. No noise during the night. Good value for money.

One table lamp doesnt work, but no weak points in overall.

The units at Hotel Astoria are a nice size and well-kept, offering 2 twin beds for 2 adults with a balcony and air conditioning. the breakfast is above average and provides a good selection to kick start the day. - the hotel's location is peaceful and convenient, being close to a train station.

Location - close to Bologna Centrale and Historical city center, quiet during the night- facing the back garden, with a good air flow in a room. Pleasent Staff, good breakfast buffet. The shower itself could be cleaner.

I really liked the staff, they were very friendly and they do speak English. There were no problems with comunication and anything else :) I definitely recommend it!
